Space Habitat Event – Press-Release
The international Space Habitat Event takes place on December 5th and 6th.
It is the first event dedicated to the debate on space habitats. The first edition of the event will be virtual.
It will be a day with program in Portuguese (Saturday, December 5th) and another in English (Sunday, December 6th).
The event in Portuguese will have 10 presentations exploring the themes:
1) Research, Engineering and Design applied to space habitats and 2) Food, health and sanitation on Mars.
The schedule on Saturday starts at 9 am BRT Time / 12 PM GMT.
On Sunday (December 6), the program will be in English with works on management, communication, energy, health, psychology, engineering, design and food production.
Space Habitat Event features the special closing presentation by Robert Zubrin on Sunday 6 at 4 PM BRT Time / 7 PM GMT. Professor Robert Zubrin is an aerospace engineer and an author known for his studies on Mars. He is the author of the book "The Case for Mars", having created the Mars Society in 1998, an international organization that advocates missions to Mars.
